Appeals:
(in country against all Home Office decisions, with or without right of appeal; Entry clearance refusals from any UK High Commission/Embassy/Consulate)
Bail:
Whether as a result of immigration or police detention, we are able to apply to the appropriate courts, as desirable for grant of bail or to a Chief Immigration Officer (CIO Bail) secure release from detention as we consider the human liberty as sacrosanct as detention should be used in exceptional circumstances only as a last resort after all other alternatives have been carefully considered.
British citizenship:
Persons may be eligible to apply, and acquire British citizenship either by birth, descent, naturalization, registration or some other route, depending on individual circumstances and historical connections with the UK.
UK permanent residence/settlement (Indefinite Leave to Remain- ILR):
Certain categories of individuals become eligible for settlement in the UK depending on their immigration status, length of residence and ability to demonstrate significant knowledge of life in the UK. In certain situations, persons may however be successfully granted settlement in the UK, even outside the Rules, based on exceptional, compassionate and human rights grounds.
Work Permit:
Depending on your skills, qualifications and experience, we are able to make applications to the Home Office on your employer’s behalf for work permit to allow the employer bring in workers outside the EU.
Student Visas:
We are able to assist student all over the world to achieve their dream of British education, knowing that its teaching methods are second to none. We assist clients with entry clearance applications from abroad. In the UK, we help clients with applications for extension of further leave to remain as students (FLR-S) switch immigration status, Training and Work Experience (TWS) and appeals.
EU/EEA Nationals and family relatives
We assist clients with marriage and dependant’s applications for registration certificates, residence cards and family permits respectively. We also help with applications under the Worker Registration Scheme.
Overstayers’ regularization
No matter your immigration status or circumstances, there are avenues within and outside the rules (exceptional, compassionate and human rights grounds) that allow individuals with irregular immigration status to regularize their position by making the appropriate application to the Home Office. We believe that each individual case has its unique peculiarities, hence ought to be decided on individual basis and merits.
